The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. The location was a short drive from several things to do, from beautiful beaches to shopping. There were places to eat within walking distance, but a short drive for a larger variety of restaurants.

The pool and pool area were lovely. Large apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very adequate air conditioning. Good restaurants across the street. Parking available and very secure.

Apartment was larger than it looks in pictures. Pool area was clean and well maintained. Few min walk to the beach, small area that gets busy. There are public beaches within about a 10 min walk. The only downside is the distance to town, either expensive cabs, walking an hour plus or renting a car.

Unit was spacious and clean. Village was well cared for. Only negative is the abandoned buildings between the property and the water….eyesore that attracted people rooting through the building and walking on the roofs. Area could be great if that abandoned property was cleaned up and had a few shops or restaurants.

Didn’t like that we had ants and there were no cleaning supplies for your leisure. Love the location. Once on property don’t need a car but will need it to get to the beaches. Very quiet and cozy. We used the 2nd bd room to store our luggage, glad that we had that or else we wouldn’t have had any place for them. The island is expensive especially around the tourist spots

Booked a 2br 2ba condo here for my bestie and I on spring break. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating! Loved our whole experience with them and at the property. We had an amazing view from our balcony in the C building and could see the ocean and the bay. The pool area is super nice too! And Piscadera Beach is a wonderful place to hang out. Our favorite restaurant was Que Tapa, which was a short walk away. The location is also central to everything you need!

The bungalow was excellent and clean and perfect for people who like to explore by car. Across the street there are abandoned buildings which are a little off putting but we did not have any issues. Hopefully the development can be completed some day.

Overall excellent stay,we had to ask for towels and hair dryer. They came and cleaned 3 x in a week .has kitchen but would be difficult to cook for daily use. Spacious 2 bedroom appartment. 2 min walking from beach and 3 of good restaurants.

I did like this property a lot. It was clean easy to access. There were some dining options within walking distance (the shrimp basket at De Visserij is a must, trust me). There is a nice, clean pool on the property. Concierge will give you beach towels if you ask. Great views from the property. The reason this place is not getting a perfect score is because of the toilet seats, they were clean, but stained from harsh cleaners. Additionally, its not a hotel, so there is no reception area, but they do have a property management concierge onsite, although it was unstaffed at times (they might have just been around the property taking care of stuff). Lastly, there are some unfinished or abandoned properties across the street that has graffiti on the buildings, but you stop noticing that by the second day, and the area is very quiet and safe, even at night. To summarize: The property is great! The folks around the property was friendly and chatty. I liked the location, it was an 8 minute drive to Williamstad's nightlife. I would highly recommend Piscadera Harbour Village.

While we had a lovely stay overall there were a few learning curves and challenges that would have been good to know prior to arrival. Pros: beautiful property, well appointed bungalow with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great view of ocean/bay sunsets. Nice big balcony/patio to lounge on. Pool area was clean and lots of chairs available. Nice little beach and beach bar/pub within walking distance. Small washer and dryer in the bungalow which was very helpful. Cons: Communication- we rarely seen the administrative staff. The reception was locked and unattended until the last day when I went to check out. This meant that we didn’t have access to beach towels. Additionally the check in details were unknowingly sent via WhatsApp (while all other details were sent via email). I do not have WhatsApp and it was very challenging to get the info when we arrived, as there was no one in the reception area and it was locked. Amenities: no facecloths or hand towels were provided during our stay. 1 bath towel each. There was a 4 burner cooktop but no stove or BBQ for meal preparation. No access to beach towels unless you could find someone in the reception office. Electrical outlets: beware, the entire island is 220V. You will likely need a converter BUT hair dryers/electric razors etc will not work. We brought a converter and were able to charge phones, devices, however my Dyson hair tools were useless. It’s not something they can charge, but is essential to know.

Everything was great and in working order. Rooms stayed cool. Everyone was more than helpful. Location was very close to beach and five restaurants one serving breakfast lunch a dinner. Pool was beautiful and warm, even after the sun went down. Our flight out got canceled and they quickly were able to accommodate us for six more days. Very pleased and still enjoying our stay.
