Adjacent to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen awaits, boasting gleaming white stone countertops, ample cabinet and counter space, and stainless steel appliances, complete with a convenient single-serve coffee maker. Plus, there's seating for 4 at the kitchen counter, making it the ideal spot for enjoying meals together with family and friends, including furry companions for parties with pets.

The Overbrook sleeps 4 guests between two private bedrooms.

The condo offers a beautifully designed full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Start your day with a refreshing shower or unwind with a relaxing soak in the tub.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• As a community pool, availability is subject to community discretion. It is generally available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, but can be closed for maintenance, etc. Host shall not be held liable for pool closures.
• Dedicated lot parking is available for 1 vehicle. Additional overflow parking is available for up to 1 vehicle on a first come, first served basis.
• Washer and dryer available in-unit.
