"I can't say enough positive things about this beautiful home. Pool and beach on property were one of the highlights. Perfect if traveling with children. Location of the house is close to the airport, grocery, restaurants and downtown Georgetown. The house itself is clean and has everything you might need for cooking, playing in pool or sitting on the beach. The view from the house is spectacular! Rick, the owner, made everything so easy. Constant communication and great tips on travel, restaurants, excursions etc. We will return to the beautiful Blue Hues!"

"Wonderful location and estate for 3 generation , 11 people sun sea and sand Christmas. The Sugar Beach Villa was exactly as described in the information provided. Lots of space to hang out together or find a quiet place in the breeze and sun to relax and read. The large stand alone “chat and chill” kitchen was perfect for the family team cooking for dinners and walk- in “brunch” spot for breakfast early and late risers. The large pool was wonderful for the younger children’s fun time when they had tired of the beach and waves, adventuring through the extensive trails and pathways to the beach. The older ones took to kayaking and paddle board adventures to the coral reef, islands and Tropic of Cancer beach.Thank you Kim and Alex for being “Chefs” for two wonderful dinners !Getting around the island was easier than expected and shopping for supplies was not too difficult, we ordered the first batch on line at The Exuma market and it was delivered waiting for us when we arrived. For the rest we visited the stores and Prime meat as we explored some of the island.The Sugar beach Villa was a great location, easy walk to tropic of cancer beach, few minutes drive to Mum’s bakery for bread and rum cake. "

"You will not be disappointed renting this unit. Kim is wonderful to work with if you happen to have an issue. The unit is well appointed, clean and great location. The Splash bar/restaurant on property is very handy after a long day exploring the island. The staff on property was wonderful to work with as well. The only unit that I saw with a foot bath by the front door to rinse sand before entering. You won't be disappointed staying here."

"We had a most enjoyable two week Christmas holiday at this wonderful house... and I highly recommend it! The owner, Michael, was excellent at communicating with us and super helpful. Joanes, his property manager, was awesome! What a lovely man! Super helpful, friendly, and very available to us if we had any questions. Joanes and Michael were able to find a beach umbrella for us to use during our stay which was awesome - free of charge! The layout of the house was great - the living room furniture was newer than what's in the pictures of the house - super comfortable and was fantastic for the 6 of us to hang out playing games at night. The beautiful view and sandbar out front were a lovely bonus - as were the paddle boards and kayaks. The house was perfect for the 6 of us (me and my husband, our 3 young adult children, and one of their boyfriend's). Everyone absolutely loved it, and loved the pool - we just didn't want it all to come to an end. Having the laundry machine there also was super helpful. I highly highly recommend this house - we felt incredibly safe there and well taken care of. I hope we get to go back again one day! Thank you Michael and Joanes for taking such good care of us! "Amazing views, wonderful property and everything you need to relax on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The local property manager Al was super responsive as was the owner, and the house was well taken care of!"

"Very secluded and private - you do need to plan groceries and food ahead of time if cooking 9n own and be prepared to substitute which can be fun if you like to cook. I would not say there are many restaurants to choose from more like small shack/pubs and very casual. The amenities are all here for this house including detergent and plenty of cookware. The pool is fabulous and everything is well stocked. The beach is as close as it gets and there is a small snack shack and bar about 4 doors down. Judy was very helpful. Bring cash if possible and use visa or Mastercard —- no Amex taken on island."

"We had an amazing time at the property. The staff was wonderful, very accommodating, friendly and resourceful. The chef cooked delicious meals. We will definitely consider spending more time st St Francis Resort."
