Beautiful house about Ten minutes from the horse show in Williamsburg

Beautifully renovated in 2018. Each floor has a full kitchen and living room as well as 2 beds and 1 bath each. Attached 2 car garage, laundry, private outdoor shower area, lots of deck space on 3 sides of the house, high speed fiber internet, garbage bin on site. Home sits on a private 6+ acres of mostly wooded land with .8 miles of hiking trails and a nice outdoor fire pit area. Abuts thousands of acres of state land for endless exploring and/or ORV riding. Only 8 miles to horse shows by the bay at flint fields. Close to Kalkaska and Traverse City for all your shopping and entertainment desires.

Nightly rental $625 or Weekly rental $3750 (due upon reservation) discounts possible for multiple weeks/months.
No smoking allowed. Iets allowed in the house or in the garage for additional fee of $250 per week.
Utilities included in rental price:
Electric, gas, high speed fiber internet.
Weekly cleanings sundays 10am-4pm house must be vacated and if excessive cleaning is necessary renter will be charged $350 cleaning fee. Trash is to be bagged and placed in the bin outside.
