Located between Traverse City and Elk Rapids on East Bay, in the gated LochenHeath Golf Club. This 6,000 square foot home offers 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths equipped with a home gym, tanning bed, game room (pool, darts and fooseball) and a private office. There is a lakeside tram that allow you and your guests to travel up and down to the waterfront with ease.

This home is perfect for an extended vacation or for unwinding after the Flintfields horse show. There is a lakeside patio with a propane grill for outdoor cooking or just plain relaxing.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All bedrooms are located on the second or third floor.
Bedroom 1 | Master with an adjustable king bed, second level
Bedroom 2 | Ensuite with a queen bed, second level
Bedroom 3 | Ensuite with a queen bed, second level
Bedroom 4 | Queen bed, whole third level

The lower level has a full bathroom located inside the gym.

LochenHeath Golf Club | This home is located in LochenHeath Golf Club. Amenities are private and are not included in your reservation, however, they are available for purchase.
