Checked in about 6:00 both employees working at front desk were very rude went up to the room finally to see the AC was not working my husband noticed that the sheets had a whole bunch of hair you could tell the sheets were not changed I called front desk the lady sounded very very aggravated Barry Road she told me I couldn't do anything as maintenance would not be there till the next morning she had no rooms because they were fully booked which was hard to believe also she stated that room service was gone and if I wanted sheets I'd have to come and get them downstairs I advised her that I would not be changing the sheets myself I paid for this room to be accommodated therefore we ended up leaving due to the fact it was probably about 80° in the room and the service at this place is just horrible I would not recommend anybody to stay here even after going downstairs and asking for a refund she stayed on the phone with her boss the whole time didn't apologize nothing they get a minus zero

The first night we arrived we didn’t have wash clothes and the tv didn’t work our key card to get in the room didn’t work all weekend it was a very inconvenient stay I hated it will never stay there again

Upon check in there was no air conditioning in hall ways or public area. Upon getting to my room my key cards did not work, went back down 3 floors and returned…did this 4 times before they had maintance fix this. We left that morning with doors locked and closed….we returned late that after noon and found our door proped open and had been all day..thanful no one came in the room and stole anything. Then to top it all of we went to have coffee and breakfast to have to listen to a religious program that was very offensive. I would not recomend this place. Oh and by the way, when we reported our room had been left open the person at the desk could have cared less!!!

The person that checked me in was nice. Got to room however door was open but looked clean. So thought house keeping forgot to shut door. Guy pounds on door trys getting in eventually says he has wrong room. Turns out he didn't. Bathroom was a mess from maintenance. No remote for TV, go to call front desk no phone cord. Girl was pleasant on night shift. Deserves a raise cuz I wasn't happy. Got me a new room. The only issue there was someone tried getting in room again. Not sure what that was about. Probably will not stay here again I chose this hotel because ur location in Michigan was great.

The hotel was just fine for our needs - last minute reservation that allowed pets. I did notice there was peeling paint and some mold spots on the ceiling of the bathroom, but didn't no major issues for our quick one-night stay.

Upon first entering the room there was mold, dirt, and dead bugs all over. There were also stains on the sheets and a wet, used washcloth (im guessing from previous guests) still hanging in our shower. One of the comforters was also wet.
