Located in beautiful Kingsmill on the James River*, an Audubon bird sanctuary, adjacent to Busch Gardens this large 1400 ft top floor condo backing to a wooded lake lets you experience it all. There's convenient onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 5-minute walk to Kingsmill Beach. And you're only 4 miles to Colonial Williamsburg and in the middle of the Historic Triangle! After you return, unwind on the balcony and enjoy the outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the WiFi, TV, DVD player, and loads of paid streaming apps including ad free YouTube, Hulu, Starz, HBOMax, Sling, YouTubeTV...As you settle in, you'll find a living room, a fireplace, and air conditioning. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, a Keurig as well as a drip coffee maker, and an ice maker, and a washer and dryer, too.
*Not part of Kingsmill Resort, to use their amenities, golf, pool...please book directly through the resort. . Spa use is available with your stay.

Great place!
We had a great stay at Gayle’s property! There was plenty of space for my husband and I and our two sons (10 and 15), and we loved being so close to Busch Gardens. The suite was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great place to visit Williamsburg
This was a great place to explore all of Williamsburg. The condo was very spacious for us as a couple with two kids and it was great to have a full kitchen and dining table for six. We also loved that there's a play ground right in front of the condo. The property is next to Busch gardens, a quick drive to other Williamsburg sites, and there are several good family restaurants and grocery store less than a 10 minute drive away.

We were very pleased with the condo and would absolutely rent it again. The pictures on line do not capture the roominess of the condo and it was perfect for us all. Our dog felt at home and we are so grateful he was welcome.

Thoughtful Host! Delight Stay.
Warm, cozy, clean condo with a great location was what we experienced. It was a major PLUS that our fur babies were able to join us as they are a big part of our family. We were able to host a Christmas dinner for our family even though we were the "outer-towners". The host even put a beautiful Christmas tree up for us! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The location was my favorite because we could easily visit with family, walk over to play golf, walk down to the marina, be at the grocery store in 5 minutes, or at best, be at Busch Gardens within 10 minutes. I felt like I was staying with family as everything the host had and thought of was right there like your Mom or sister's house. It was very quiet and more than enough parking during our stay. We will be back!

Beautiful area!
The condo met our needs and is in a beautiful resort area close to the water. Gayle was very easy to communicate with and even offered us the option to check in a day early if we wanted it. The beds were adequate but not very comfy if you have back or hip issues—might want to bring an egg crate or extra pillows if that’s the case. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Kingsmill Resort Family Vacation
We had a wonderful relaxing stay with our family at this beautiful condo on James River at Kingsmill Resort. It was very roomy, clean, well-furnished, and conveniently located near Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown, and Busch Gardens. The host provides the guests with all the comforts of home, and the property where the condo is located is gated and secure. I would highly recommend this property especially if you love watching breathtaking sunsets.

The condo is beautifully decorated and very spacious. The property is gorgeous and the location is perfect...close to amusement parks and historic sites. Our host was very friendly and got right back us when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great rental!
We stayed here with our pups. Great location. Close to the water. Clean and stocked full of everything you need. Tons of hiking and biking trails. My only complaint is there wasn't directions for the tv remote to play videos or use certain apps. We were super frustrated trying to get this to function for us. Maybe a few more wash cloths. Other than that we LOVED our stay.

Enjoyed our recent stay in Williamsburg and the condo was more than we could ask for. Plenty of room to spread out, clean, gorgeous neighborhood and very quiet. Brought the dog and walked her every morning down to the river. Lots of sidewalks and beautiful! The property owner immediately responded when I sent a message. She was very attentive and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. Kingsmill is centrally located and a great place to stay- especially if you’re a tennis and golf enthusiast. Hope to stay here again when in town
