First pull in there is an old restaurant & store, you do question if it is a safe place, It is directly across from the Ark Encounter. The staff was courteous, rooms appeared to be updated, bed slept very well.

And while looking for outlets, we noticed how dirty the floors really were under furniture. The living room couch is a little too worn and should be replaced. "
