The actual room was adequate. The bathroom had a dirty tub and the walls were dirty. Tub is dangerous. You have to climb up and be very careful to get out. The room service food was delicious.

Celebrated my birthday here but the room wasn’t that cleaned when I checked in also had to wait an hour for a new remote because the batteries were dead I requested my room to be cleaned the next day we left for the spa got back 4 hours later my room still wasn’t cleaned I had to ask them twice for house keeping. Other than that everything was great especially the restaurant and west light. Valet parking was convenient they also had my car ready for me outside when I checked out :)

Superb property. The best boutique hotel in NYC by a long shot. Comfortable. Fabulous staff. Amazing rooftop views. Super location. 24-7 coffee! Terrific rooftop view! Bubbling over with excellence - it's the vibe here. These guys aim to please and deliver. Highly recommend.
