A guest favorite is our fully equipped kitchen, which beautifully combines vintage charm with modern comforts. Guests can enjoy preparing their meals in this thoughtfully designed space.
As a thoughtful touch, linen and towels are provided, along with starter essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap for your convenience. In the unlikely event that any of these items run out during your stay, we recommend purchasing additional supplies as needed.

This property is steeped in history, featuring the original 1860s settlers cabin, the original windmill, and a herd of blackbuck antelope grazing in the pasture, offering guests the chance to observe wildlife day and night. Guests staying in the three separate living spaces can enjoy shared common areas, including pool, hot tub, large fire pit, a full-sized teepee, and expansive acres of walking space to explore.
The Willow Sky Ranch offers three unique living spaces, each listed independently: the 1905 Main Home, Boar's Lodge, and the Bird's Nest Tree House. Guests can choose to book any of these individually or reserve the entire property for a completely private getaway. For those booking the entire ranch, there's also the option to include a one-of-a-kind dance hall, complete with a stage, bar, and a 3,000 sq. ft. dance floor.

The Great House in Willow Sky Ranch is situated on the scenic Willow City Loop, which is especially beautiful during wildflower season. There aren't any public transportation options nearby, so driving is the easiest way to explore the Texas Hill Country and visit local attractions. Parking is available at the property for your convenience.

We are pleased to offer early check-in options for our guests, subject to availability. For those arriving between 11 AM and 1 PM, there is a fee of $150. If you prefer to check in from 1 PM onwards, the fee is $75. Please let us know in advance if you would like to take advantage of this service, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
• We happily accommodate large groups, but please refrain from hosting big events, noisy celebrations, or using guns, fireworks, or starting fires on the property. The home MUST NOT, under any circumstances, exceed the maximum occupancy limit of 10 individuals.
• Please stay on the structure side of the fencing and do not enter the pasture area. There is a herd of blackbuck antelope and their protector Jenny the Donkey. They are super fun to watch throughout the day but please do not enter their space.
• Feel free to explore the property but stay aware of nature's animals including snakes, scorpions, coyotes, etc.
• Please limit water use – the ranch is run with rainwater collection and water wells and water supply is low in the region.
• Please only flush toilet paper since the ranch is on septic. Any other objects or materials can damage the septic and lead to costly repairs.

The ranch is located approximately 17 miles or a 20-minute drive from Fredericksburg. While the place offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, we recommend planning your travels accordingly.
Welcome to our home! We'd like to take a moment to share our House Guidelines which are designed to ensure everyone's safety and comfort for all our guests. These are common practices that help us provide a welcoming space for everyone.
Let us know immediately of any issues, concerns, or questions. No question is too small.
** Must be at least 25 years old.
** No undeclared parties or gathering, illegal substances and undeclared guests. No glitters or anything similar.
** Quiet time: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
** No Smoking. Guests can smoke in the outside, but we simply ask that you pick up the cigarette butts and don't let the smell whiff inside the house.
** Please do not eat and drink in the bedroom.
** We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the unit and sanitize. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind. Please check out by 11 AM. Unauthorized late check out may cost to additional fees that will be charged by our cleaner for waiting.
** Upon check-out, we kindly request to wash all the dirty the dishes, secure the trash, put the used towels in the bathtub.
** If you used the grill please make sure you clean it and put the cover back on.
** In the summer, please turn the AC up to 80 degrees. In the winter, turn the heat down to 65 degrees before leaving.
Safety:
** No weapons, shooting, or hunting allowed on the property.
** Guests use the pool and hot tub facilities at their OWN RISK. Tenants and guests who can't swim need to be supervised. All children who visit the pool must be supervised at all times. No glass inside the pool, hot tub, or pool decking areas.
** Please do not enter the Greenhouse, chicken coup, support sheds, outdoor kitchen, or touch the tractor, mower, Polaris, or other support equipment during stays for your safety
** Fires in the fire pit are allowed as long as there is no burn ban. Please do NOT leave fire unattended. For your safety, no fires are allowed in the Teepees
