What a great condo all around. Beautiful decor, amazing location with the riverwalk right across the street and awesome river views from the condo balcony for sunset. The bed was very comfortable and the place was stocked with everything you need. Very cozy, would stay again and highly recommend!

Amazing Downtown Riverwalk Space

Perfect space for a weekend in downtown Wilmington. Location is unbeatable. The space was impeccably clean and exactly as advertised. The host was extremely amenable and responsive. Overall amazing experience. Will absolutely be returning!

Absolutely charming

I cannot say enough about this adorable condo! It is beautifully decorated with upscale furnishings and all the amenities you could need. Magnificent attention to details and one of the nicest places I have stayed. Very cozy and love, love that it is pet friendly! The location was fabulous as well and within walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. Parking very close as well! I loved my stay and cannot wait to go back! Wonderful host!

Weekend trip

We came to Wilmington for a concert and wanted a place within walking distance of the venue. This downtown condo fit the bill. Clean, neat, well decorated, and on the riverfront. Easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the venue.

Perfect for a week at the beach

We absolutely loved staying at this apartment. Perfectly clean and decorated beautifully. We loved the view from the balcony and the easy parking (it's technically off-site, but it's less than a block away and we never had a problem finding a spot). The area is safe and well-lit. Sara was a breeze to communicate with—friendly, fast, and helpful. The location is ideal: We were able to walk to all the best spots: Bespoke coffee, Seabird, Pinpoint, and Manna. Plus, since it's right at the boardwalk, we enjoyed an evening walk along the water every night. Highly recommend!
