"All the staff from check in to check out were all very helpful and very nice. It was the best Hampton I have stayed in. Very clean and organized. Beds were very comfortable. We stayed in room with 2 queen beds,and the room was nice and large. Has at least 55" TV, refrigerator, and storage bins. Breakfast was included in room price, and had many varieties of food. "I appreciated the friendliness of most of the staff and enjoyed the continental breakfast setup and options. However, the lack of communication during the power outage was concerning, especially since we were not locals and had no idea what to expect if the outage continued indefinitely. When we spoke with the front desk during the outage, they did not offer any reassurance or information. We also requested a late checkout and were told that a 1pm checkout would be fine, with this information...
