This uniquely and newly renovated one bedroom, one bathroom condo set in the heart of Historic Wilmington, NC has everything you need for the perfect extended stay. This condo is located in a beautiful, friendly, quiet & safe community just one block from the newly renovated mall, seconds away from O2 fitness Gym, 10 mins from Downtown and 15 mins from Wrightsville beach! A perfect space if you work from home.
In the bedroom you find a king size, Lull therapeutic mattress for the most relaxing sleep. Minimal, Mid-century decor in the spacious & cozy living room that is also equipped with a 65 inch tv. A newly renovated & stylish bathroom and a chic, white, retro kitchen with brand new appliances.

HOUSE RULES: By accepting this reservation you agree to abide by all house rules:

* You must be at least 25 years old to book and it is required to have a photo ID uploaded to your account and a picture of it sent to the host.
* All instant bookings must contact the owner within 48 hours to verify age with a valid photo ID & total number of guests.
* Booking party must be present at the time of check in, no third party bookings allowed.
* 2 people max
* No pets + No smoking - If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and asked to leave.

We chose this for the great midtown location
The apartment was comfortable, quiet, and in a great location. It was clean (except for the roach in the living room). There was no tub mat so showers were slippery; less than half a roll of tp in the bathroom on arrival. We eventually found someone partial rolls in a closet. More electrical outlets would be helpful but I realize the building is not new. Generally we were satisfied but more attention to detail would have been a plus.

Very clean, cozy property in the middle of it all.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at "the refuge". The property was well kept, stocked with almost anything and everything one would need or want for a great stay. The property manager Christen was prompt to answer our inquiries and pleasant to deal with. The only critiques we had were, the absence of an info./procedures book for the property, the bathroom has no window covering, (although it is on the second floor, there are other buildings rather close.) no secondary means to lock the entry, and the electric lock on the door was glitchy. I would recommend this apartment for couples.
