Wilmington Family Vacation Home

This house and yard are spacious and fun. There is over 1500 sq ft inside and a large fenced in back yard with a new large deck. The kitchen and dining room is newly remodeled. Everyone has room to relax and play inside and out, including children and dogs. It is in a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. Close to beaches, restaurants, and downtown activities. Relax back at home with a fun selection of family games. Don't forget about the Fireplace in the game room and soon to be added, smokeless firepit off the back patio. More amenities are being added every season. You won't beat our prices for a comparable place. So impressed with the property. Everything you can think of was provided for. Indoor/outside games, throw blankets for relaxing on great deck or watching TV, even had toys for the kids and dogs.

Fantasitc stay! Clean and all the amenities!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay including the pups! Super clean, close to all the attractions, great yard for the dogs to explore, huge porch, and nice park (Wade) to walk dogs to. Todd was easy to communicate with.. Thank you for a wonderful stay for my mom's birthday!

Lovely home in quiet Wilmington neighborhood
Tucked into an older neighborhood, the house has numerous updates. Very clean home, beds were comfy and extra blankets were stored in the closet. The host was very responsive and sent a short text to make sure we were comfy. The back yard has room for play and hanging out. Overall a wonderful location for us!

Top Notch Home for stay in Wilmington. Convenient drive to downtown, beaches, and everything in between. Plenty of room, with extremely comfortable beds and high quality linens. Kitchen is very well equipped, as the Hosts have thought of everything. The neighborhood is exceedingly safe and walkable. Our Hosts were responsive and easy to work with.

Perfect work-away
This place is ideal for exploring Wilmington. It has everything you need and then some. The home is lovely and it feels like home. I have stayed in a few that felt cold- gray paint and carpet with just the bare essentials from Ikea. Not this place it is warm and inviting! The backyard is fantastic! and the WIFI is more than enough for video calls. Just loved it. If I am back in Wilmington, I will stay here.

Great family place
House came equipped with pretty much anything you need. There was a good amount of space in the fenced yard for our dog. There were beach toys, items for the grills, plenty of outdoor seating and multiple areas so everyone didn’t feel like they were tripping over each other.

Best new property in Wilmington!
Todd's place is totally unbeatable for the price. The fenced in backyard was perfect for my poodle. House was spotless when we arrived. Everything brand new and exactly as described. Slept our large party so comfortably! He was also absolutely lovely to communicate with.

January Stay to Look
we are looking to Move to the area and stayed for 3 excellent weeks. Home was perfect for us. Central location to get every where quickly. It contained all the essentials we needed. I can imagine how perfect this would be for a summer stay. Deck is perfect to just sit out and enjoy . Plenty of games to play and have a fun family time. We found a house and if all the kids and grand kids happen to visit I can see renting again.

What a gem!
The house is up-to-date, well-kept and extremely clean! The hosts provided virtually everything anyone could ever need to be comfortable, have fun and simply relax. From TV to Karaoke, borad games to beach chairs. This place has it all! Communication was outstanding. Pretty amazing experience, actually! Location is perfectly in the middle of anything one could possibly do in Wilmington. Obviously, we enjoyed our stay very much, and would stay here again on next visit!!!

We felt so at home!
This was a staycation of sorts. It was our daughters 18th birthday and we rented this vrbo for two nights, so that she and her friends (yes, I was there the entire time) could have a blast before college scatters everyone! Let me tell you- This house was immaculately clean and the kitchen island and the den is where we hung out! So much room for everyone and we all felt right at home, instantly. Todd was so amazing, super nice and helpful with anything we needed. It felt like staying at a relatives house! Liz has done an amazing job of decorating and you can tell each touch was done with care and comfort in mind. The beds- I wanted to take them home with me- so comfortable and the sheets and quilt were so soft. I point this out because many places we have rented have been nice, but the bedding is rough. It’s not something you think too much about until you’ve had THIS. There is plenty of closet space and numerous places to sleep! The kitchen made me the happiest. Everyone could hang out comfortably and everything we needed was provided. I never thought I would actually rent somewhere in the same town that I live, but our daughter and her friends made memories that they’ll never forget. We will be back!

Everything you need/want is here!
In addition to this place being clean, as advertised and in a terrific location it’s got what you need! Kitchen supplies were abundant (even spices, tin foil, containers). Stuff for kids - outs play area, inside toys, booster seat. Very private back yard with plenty of seating/shade.Even had Kleenex, extra towels, trash bags… treated like family!

Great stay!
This was a great place to stay in Wilmington! The house had everything we needed. We stayed for a full week and didn't have any issues. It was clean and welcoming. The check-in process and communication with the owner was great. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. It was only about a 15 minute drive to the beach and all the restaurants on the island. I took my dog with me and she loved the spacious backyard. The only thing I would add is that the mosquitos were pretty bad, so we couldn't stay out there for long periods of time. It could've just been the time of year or that it had rained a good bit before we arrived, but it may be a good idea to spray back there a few times a year. Other than that, the house was perfect for our stay! I would stay here again!

These Hosts Thought of Everything!
We were so beyond thrilled with our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to go back to the same place. We were so impressed with everything provided, how thought out everything was. These hosts had things we didn’t even think to bring or realize we would have needed. Perfect for families. We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 children between ages 5-7. BY FAR THE BEST HOSTS EVER AND BEST PLACE WE’VE EVER STAYED!!! A home away from home.

Great Home
This super clean, up-to-date home accommodated our combination of HS/college kids, my 83 yo mom, my husband and me and our small dog perfectly! Located in a quiet neighborhood nearby to UNCW, the beach and lots of Wilmington restaurants & attractions, the home features an open and well-appointed kitchen w tons of natural light, two living areas with super comfy furnishings and a large deck complete w dining and relaxing furniture. Five star rating for the comfortable beds too! Todd was a super host, easy to communicate w and very responsive. You can tell he loves the home and is committed to his guests having a great experience while staying at his property. We will be back!

Such a great place!
We had a wonderful staycation! The house is adorable, and even better if you have kids. They loved all the toys and we had a blast with family games. The house was stocked with all kinds of little touches like extra toiletries and food staples Todd was really responsive and easy to communicate with. I can't say enough good things!
