"I had a wonderful stay in a Lovely Beach Cottage. It was in a great location close to the Beach Restaurants. Lauderdale by the Sea is a lively area with lots to do. The Cottage is very modern & clean. Denise couldn’t be a better Host. I highly recommend this property & will hopefully be welcomed back."

"I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I feel obligated to share my experience. I arrived a day before the rest of our family & we noticed that the elevator did not work & it was hot on the 1st floor. We called the owner (Shawn) and he said that was because the Nest thermostats need people to move around to activate the AC.The next day my son & his family arrived & he checked the AC units, he called Shawn & told him it was blowing hot air, Shawn said he would have a guy come out the next...

"The house and property are just as pictured. Great location, clean and the host was great to work with and very accommodating. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pans, dishes, spices & some condiments. Short drive to beaches, shopping and entertainment. We were three couples that stayed here. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. I highly recommend."

"Nice place . Clean. Check in process a little difficult . Keyless entry did not work . Had to call the support number to gain access to the lockbox that contained the key to open the door . "

"This property is very newly upgraded with wonderful backyard landscaping. The pool is great. New appliances. Very clean. Bedrooms are super comfortable. Upgraded bathrooms are clean and awesome. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We had a great boys fishing trip to Ft Lauderdale. "

"Home was as advertised in pictures and description! Obviously recently renovated, plenty of room for our group of four. Location was perfect for us, close to Fort Lauderdale airport, Gulfstream Race Track, and Hollywood Beach. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. Angela was a great host, quick to reply to any questions. We would stay again if we are in that area "

"My family and I visited Miami for the 2025 college football playoff game at the Orange Bowl. I selected this house because of the close location to Hollywood Beach and short travel to Hard Rock Stadium. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was heated and welcoming for our January visit. Check in was a bit late at 4pm but we were able to work around it. Communication with ownership was smooth. I would definitely stay again!"

"The location was close to stores and restaurants. The layout of the house was great for two couples. We had some issues with the tv and the pool upon arrival. Lisa did get it fixed but it took a few days. The saltwater pool was amazing and was at a perfect temperature. All in all we had a great week and would go back again."
