"The staff were very friendly and I love that the hotel is right off the highway. There's a lot to see and do nearby. I went to the Fort, drove along the river and back roads. Enjoyed seeing the fall colors. Restaurants are conveniently located nearby, along with many other businesses. I will definitely stay here again!"

When questioned, the person told me that they lost my credit card number. When I pointed out that I paid through the VRBO app for secure payment and that they should have my payment information, I was then told that they had NOT lost my credit card number that they indeed had it but still needed me to call them and give it to them over the phone to...
