Are you ready to come and enjoy the beautiful downtown of Winchester ... this hip walk out basement apartment is just steps from the Handley Library. The Yellow Submarine is a brightly decorated flat with a retro flare. Check out the turntable and vinyl for your old fashioned enjoyment. Can sleep up to 6 guests. PLEASE NOTE:
All major holidays ( Local: Apple Blossom
National: Christmas/ Thanksgiving/ New years/4th of July /Memorial and Labor Day ) will include an additional $100 fee. This fee will be requested prior to guests arrival.

Please note:
Stays over 3 weeks will incur an additional double cleaning fee.

Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am.
You will not regret taking some time to relax and unwind here ...and you can walk to everything cool and inspiring in the city.

The apt has a bedroom with comfy queen sized bed and an additional space in the next room with a double futon /couch . The baby blue leather couch in the living room is also long and comfortable. Can sleep up to 6 guests
