Great place to take the kids for a weekend. As others have mentioned the place is a little dated but we had a great time and will be back again.

The pool was well kept and alot of fun, as well as the atrium with the playground, badminton, pool tables and basket ball court. The kids had a blast. One thing that was slightly unsettling was that the side entrance was accessible to anyone, there was no lock in place and didnt require a key to come in. Just unsettling with the amount of children that come to stay. Our room was cold, there was a small heater but the room temp only reached 66, however that wasnt terrible. We also should have investigated further before booking on a weekday, the slides for the pools are only open Friday and Saturday which is a main attraction for the kiddos :) over all we loved it but just a few things to be aware of ! The early bird breakfast special was great for $6 ! :D

I brought my grandchildren for the weekend to possibly start a Christmas gift tradition. I will not continue this due to the uncontrollable hockey tournament kids running the halls until midnight and destroying the equipment. There is only one person at front desk at night. Maybe that needs to change so there is some control on the floors and atrium at night. My kids missed out on swimming because of unruly teens running up and down the slides when they were closed. should be a little more responsible for their kids.

No where on website says the slides don't work or up and running. Only available Friday and Saturday. 60 percent of arcade games didn't work nor did the change machine for them. Cleanliness of room was dirty behind beds. Also being a family suite no bathtub was available only shower.

The night manager/worker was not very helpful. Whenever you asked him a question, it was like you were bothering him…he was rude and acted like he didn’t want to be there. I believe he was entering hotel data when we got there on late…it was like he was consumed with this as opposed to helping out guests.

Everything was fine, but this property needs to be refreshed. Upon arrival, we asked the two girls at the front desk for information in the local area, but they were uninformed and had limited knowledge as to the local restaurants, etc. ie: The beautiful Pelee National Park was only minutes away!
