This large family home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms has beautiful curb appeal and stylish modern décor that is both comfortable and functional for a great stay. Upon entry, you are greeted by hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings that lead to a beautiful living room with plush leather sofas and large smart TV. The main living area is an open concept, perfect for entertaining and spending quality time with your group. Whether you are planning a family vacation or business travel, Parkview Retreat at Brunner Farm is sure to be the ideal home away from home during your travels.
Parkview Retreat at Brunner Farm is a wonderfully designed and well-cared for home nestled in the highly desired community of Windsor. With it's great layout that makes socializing and interacting with your housemates a breeze, you are sure to find enjoyment with the large kitchen with everything you may need to cook your favorite meals. A dual Keurig and drip style coffee maker is available and supplied with coffee for those early morning goers. A beautiful dining table with live edge wood that seats eight sits in the open concept living area below a chandelier. For additional seating there are four bar stools for the kitchen counter peninsula.
A spacious king bedroom with ensuite is located down the main floor hall and perfect for providing some peace and quiet from the living area. Two nicely appointed bedrooms with queen beds are also located off of the main floor hall with access to a full bathroom. A sofa bed is also located in the living room for accommodating additional guests as needed. Enjoy the open gaming and entertainment area in the lower level of the home with a ping pong table, board games and huge sectional sofa with smart TV. This is the perfect open concept living area to unwind with your friends and family after your days adventures. Adjacent to the living area in the lower level of the home you will find an office nook with a great desk for getting some work done if needed. A nicely decorated queen bedroom and full bathroom are also located in the lower level and provide some privacy from your group.
Looking for some fresh air? Right across the street from the home, you will find Brunner Farm Park with it's lush lawns, a playground, walking trails and a covered shelter with table area for your enjoyment. Two cruiser bicycles are located in the garage for exploring the great community of Windsor with its plentiful walking/bike paths. The home also has a great back patio area for soaking in some Colorado sunshine.
Please note there is a security camera at the front and back door. Sound machines are located in each bedroom for white noise if desired.

Parkview Retreat at Brunner Farm is a short drive or walkable distance to Windsor Lake where you can enjoy a day at the swim beach, playground and even a hot air balloon ride over the water. Paddleboard and other water craft rentals are also available at Boardwalk Park. Enjoy a concert and the close downtown area with museums, quaint shops and old town atmosphere.
With its central location, you will find plenty of restaurants, breweries, parks, and shopping within walking distance. Don't forget to check out Mr. Yo's Donuts!
If you love to golf, Windsor is the place for you! With 4 golf courses spread across the city, you will find your perfect golfing adventure.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
