"As many reviewers have stated, the interior of this property is rather 'tired', furnished with old furniture, no rugs, scratched hardwood floors, and limited kitchen utensils (no mixing bowls, no placemats or napkins, and limited supplies), however the location and back yard make up for what the interior is lacking. "We were staying in Loveland for parents weekend at CSU. This spot gave us a quick route to the school but also the distance to enjoy ourselves once activities were done. Great neighborhood and areas to eat/drink right close by. "

The bed were also EXTREMELY comfortable - we are wanting those mattresses in our house now. I wish the listing more clearly stated that it isn't the whole house (3,200 sq ft) as I believe the property managers live in the basement. "
