"Excellent, prompt communication. House was clean, well appointed and as described. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed fireplace and TV set up in living room. Couches were comfortable. Didn’t use fireplace and TV in bedroom as we were too tired when hit the bed, but assume they worked well. Only one bathroom which is upstairs. This was no problem for us and it is a very large bathroom with nice shower and bathtub. Nice porch which we didn’t use but would be great in summer. House is in nice...

"The home is beautiful and has plenty of space for the whole family. The sunsets were amazing and became a daily event to stop for. The fishing was great. We landed a 9 lb. catfish and many other big fish (Perch, blue gill, Bass, and Catfish) without leaving the dock. And close to some great restaurants and orchards."

"I have rented on this lake the last 4 years. This place is a better fit for my family. It's safer. More railings, steps to pier and into lake are not so steep and have railings. Maybe a face washcloth in each bathroom would be nice. Also extra toilet paper in each bath would be nice. The holder in the master bath is coming koose from the wall. I honestly didn't do it. I noticed when I was changing the roll. Hope to rent for many years to come.downstairs"

"My family (9 adults) stayed at Sunset Cove for the weekend to attend a family wedding. The house was very comfortable, roomy, and full of all the amenities a large group would need. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful, and the view was lovely ... A bird watchers paradise. The host promptly responded to all questions and issues. My family and I are hoping to return next summer to further explore the lakes and outdoor activities."

"My husband and I needed a weekend away to just unwind and enjoy some quiet activities. This lake front cottage gave us just that. The home itself had everything we needed, and more we hadnt expected. Brenda had the cutest bowl with welcome snacks and waters which was such a sweet touch. We enjoyed the multiple spaces for relaxing. I spent much of the time reading with a blanket on the comfortable patio furniture and my husband enjoyed the porch space with the space heater working on a model....

"We wanted a place to stay not too far away from Green Bay and this worked perfect! Near the interstate but far enough removed from the bustle. The place was just perfect for our family. There were 9 of us ages 7 years all the way to 76! Enjoyed the paddle boat, had a fire in the fire pit, played card games on the deck and corn hole. When it was game day, we were only about 45 min away. "

The location is good....it is a short drive to get into town (Neenah) and an easy drive to Green Bay. Overall, very satisfied with the property and stay. I/we would recommend this property! "
