The hotel is adjacent to the airport. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. The staff were helpful and professional. Our dinner in the restaurant was delicious and the service excellent. We have already made two resevations for travel in December.

I called 10 times for the airport shuttle before someone picked up. Then I called an 11th time when it hadn’t come. In all, I waited 45 minutes for the shuttle. Unacceptable. I will go to the Grand and walk next time.
