Historic YMCA Building in the heart of Downtown Winston-Salem Theater District. Steps from 4th Street Restaurants, Hanesbrands Theater and the Stevens Center. The Frequent Flyer is located in the Historic YMCA building and one of only two with a balcony. The really cool looking red couch adjusts to 16 different positions to include fully flat queen size bed and has four USB and two AC outlets for easy cell phone and laptop charging. Entire condominium, including full very well stocked kitchen. Self Check In with Lockbox at Building entryway. Located in the center of the downtown Theater District. The historic YMCA Building is just steps away from 4th Street restaurants, UNC School of the Arts Stevens Center and Bookmarks, an independent book store and the Benton Covention Center. Awesome apartment in the Arts and Theatre District

Lovely, clean and nicely decorated apartment just minutes from multiple venues and restaurants. Kitchen is truly well-stocked including coffee and accompaniments for the weary traveler. An ideal place to chill, get a feel for the area and visit. Host is immediately responsive, easy checkout process a plus! Would stay again in a heartbeat!
