Come stay at Chanti's Place for your next stay. Experience a secret hideaway in this stylish, boho-modern designed home. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home of Pinnacle Point is located in Winter Haven, Florida, the water ski capital of the world.

The space
Fast WiFi and dedicated desks

This home is brand new. When you walk through the door, there’s a wide entrance with the smaller bedrooms first. The hallway leads to the living, kitchen, and dining areas. Then the master bedroom is in the back. Off the dining area and outside is a lanai with a table and seating.

Kitchen
Chanti's Place's kitchen has everything you need to cook a home-cooked meal--cookware, bakeware, and all the necessary utensils. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee station that has a Keurig machine as well as coffee. The kitchen bar counter has seating for 3 so you can enjoy a meal at the counter.

Bedrooms
Chanti's Place's master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, a dedicated workstation with USB and outlets, and a 58" smart TV. The master bathroom has double sinks, a large walk-in closet, large walk-in shower, and the toilet is enclosed behind a door. The second Bedroom has a queen bed, a dedicated workstation with USB and outlets, and a 50" smart TV. The third and fourth bedrooms have a full bed, a dedicated workstation with USB and outlets, and a 50" smart TV. Please note that all bedding, including shams and quilt comforter, are washed after each stay.

Living Room
Chanti's Place's living room has a 75" smart TV and 2 twin futon couches for sleeping, one wingback chair, and two large woven ottomans.

Dining Room
Chanti's Place's vibrant dining room has a table that has seating for 8 guests. Control the mason jar lights with a room and enjoy the beautiful artwork that represents Chanti.

Outdoor
The lanai in the back has a nice, stylish table with seating for 6.
Guest access
You have access to the entire house, except the locked storage/supply closets. A garage door opener and a remote for the mason jars are provided. They are both located in the white binder.

Access to a printer is available for a fee.
Other things to note
Service dogs are welcome! We allow small pets as well but for a fee. Pack N Play is also availablefor families with infants or babies.

Perfect in every way!
The house is located in a safe, attractive and quiet neighborhood. The host was quick to respond when contacted. It is beautifully decorated, spacious and open. Wow! is what we said repeatedly when we first walked through the place. It is clean and comfortable, with a washer and dryer and has a very nice patio and back yard. This house was perfect for us, met all our needs and I would return again and again. patio.

Lovely Home
We enjoyed our stay at Chanti’s Place. It’s very welcoming and clean. It had everything we needed. Richard was very responsive and helpful! He answered all of my questions I had prior to booking. We were in Winter Haven for a basketball tournament and needed and extra day. It was available, so he was able to add it for us. We were very satisfied with our stay. If going to Winter Haven again, we would definitely stay here.
