We loved this property! It was clean, cozy and beautifully decorated with check in and check out being seamless. It had everything we needed.. including coffee.. and was perfect for our weekend getaway. There are a few restaurants on the lake that are within walking distance that we really enjoyed. The mussels at Tanners were amazing! We would definitely stay there again.

It was a nice little rental for us! We enjoyed our stay and the neighbors were nice. Very easy to find. As a previous review stated, it is close to a train track and some vehicles are loud but it doesn't make it a bad place to rent. If we were in the area again, would definitely rent again!

Cozy and great. Value
It is a cozy and small efficiency type room that met all my needs at a great price. The property manager was very kind and communicated well. The only downside was it is near a rail line and trains were coming all hoursof the day and night. But I quickly got used to it. It was a great value.

Perfect
This property was absolutely perfect for what I needed. I was in FL for college baseball games. It was between the two fields. Nice walking parks close by. Great Oyster Bar within walking distance..Haven Roasters has great coffee within walking distace. Lake sunsets close by were gorgeous. Need to be able to put up with frequent trains as tracks are close.

It's a very cute place design for average size people. I enjoyed the set up. Just to note there is no range for extensive cooking, but there is a microwaveans toaster oven. Also the entrance nor exterior ground is not designed for folks with mobily concerns. Overall it's centralized to the area and worked well for our needs.
