Beautiful 9-bedroom home in the heart of Winter Park. Enjoy our quiet and relaxing atmosphere, most suited for families and quiet adult getaways. You are minutes from downtown shopping, dining, and the resort!

Three family rooms, pool table, and hot tub. Five king bedrooms (3 suites), Three queen bedrooms, and a bunk area with custom full over full bunks.

Fully stocked kitchen and lots of room for the whole family to enjoy the mountains!

Our beautiful home is on a large lot with views of the mountains right out your window. Enjoy the mountain feel, while sitting in your private hot tub. This mountain home is just minutes away from world class downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, as well as the Fraser tubing hills. Summer activities offer hiking, mountain biking, rafting, golf, fishing, boating, as well as activities at the base of Winter Park Ski resort.

Our home also offers high end amenities you would expect in the perfect vacation home: Flat Screen TV's, Xbox one game system, two gas fireplace's, and games for everyone to enjoy!

Our home has 9 Bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, sleeps up to 19 comfortably! Our main level offers our kitchen and dining area, 2 family rooms, the master bedroom with ensuite bath, a king and queen bedroom with a shared hall bath, and 2 queen bedrooms with a jack and jill bath.
Our upstairs level offers 2 king suites with full size sleeper sofa's in each bedroom.
Our basement level offers our custom built full over full bunk beds (4 full size beds total), a king bedroom, a sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, and our pool table!

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances, dishes, and amenities you need to cook large meals for your group. There are also plenty of dishes and utensils. We have included high quality pots and pans as well as additional small appliances that you would not normally have available in a rental home. Creating a huge meal like a Thanksgiving meal with all the fixings is not a problem at our home!

Our home has all the entertainment amenities that you want. Both living areas feature High Definition TVs with cable TV. Each bedroom is also fitted with a smart TV. Additionally, we have an Xbox One game system for you to enjoy with a small collection of games for your use.

All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3–4-night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker (Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances (griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker).

High speed internet with Wi-Fi connection of course is a must!

We have an outdoor hot tub that is located on the lower back patio.

Please be aware our HOA is very strict and we do have mandatory quiet time hours between 9pm and 7am. During these times outdoor and hot tub use is restricted, and any audible noise that can be heard outside coming from inside the home is prohibited with fine of $1500 for violations. We do use Noiseaware to monitor noise levels both indoor and outdoor, we do also have an outdoor camera.

Get ready to make some wonderful memories here in Winter Park and at our beautiful mountain home!

House Rules
1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at anytime. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at anytime.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of 8 vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at anytime. Our HOA does fine and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By renting this home, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the home owner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.

Our home is equipped with noise/smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present.

Weekend with Family
The layout and location of this home were perfect! We were a family with adult couples looking for enough bedrooms and space to spend the weekend together. This worked perfectly. The floor plan of this home is ideal for that, the kitchen was well equipped and the living spaces were great. The home definitely shows signs of wear and could use some love but we will definitely consider a re book for next year.

Fantastic stay!
We had a small family reunion here and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house was enormous, the common spaces were very amenable to large groups of people, and the kitchen was really well stocked with pots and pans and such for cooking. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful area and home. There was room for everyone and we made some great memories. We went water rafting, rode the gondola and went hiking, went to Walden and saw Moose and Antelope. Went to Estes Park and saw several Elk while we were there. Everyone had a great time.

Very disappointed
We did not have enough towels for everyone, only one towel per person and no extra dish towels. There were no extra supplies, such as paper towels, toilet paper, or trash bags. I had to ask multiple times to get these items. We had to go out and buy paper towels and toilet paper. The floors were very dirty. As much as I paid, I was not impressed.

Great house
Nice house. Just as listed. There was a small issue with the septic system and the property manager had it fixed extremely quick so it didn’t cause us any headache at all. The two king suites upstairs are massive and by far the best rooms if you want to have a quiet room in a house with a ton of people. The garage is gigantic. We will stay here again if we ever come back to winter park.

We had a family reunion and the large house was the right size for our group. The owners were very communicative during the process but be sure to read everything you get - many of their policies were listed differently than what it says on VRBO. (Cancellation policy, check in/check out times, etc) The property has a lot of very steep stairs so be aware of that if you have any seniors in your group! It’s a lovely home, but It was showing quite a bit of wear-and-tear (sending a list separately to owners).

It was really good place for all of us. The 2nd refrigerator didn’t work when we got there. We were planning on grilling and the grill didn’t work either. They need to have screens for all the windows cause it was warm in some rooms. To accommodate all of us the place itself was perfect for us.

The house suited our needs. Disappointed at how dirty some things were. Lots of dirt under the cushions. 4 slice toaster only 2 slices worked. The dishwasher lower rack was difficult as was it difficult to start. The garage door didn’t open and it took 5 days before someone came out to repair

Perfect for large family weekend
Our large multigenerational family found this home to be the perfect setting for our Christmas celebration. The home has many quite areas for when you need to unwind, however the common spaces allowed enough room for family game nights and meal times. The location is great with public transportation right across the street. The host is fantastic and extremely accommodating.

There were 17 in our group. The pictures don’t do this house justice. Plenty of room for all of us. Getting to the resort for skiing was extremely easy. We made some wonderful memories and our trip was a huge success. Lots of food cooked in the beautiful kitchen. Will definitely be staying here again

The view was perfect the weather the house is cozy and it’s for a family. My family love the home the town . I wish I could have stayed 1 more night 😂 but I couldn’t. When I come back to visit I’m booking the home again. They also had other properties also they where also beautiful .

We stayed here on a work retreat and the day we were set to arrive, the manager called to notify us there was a plumbing issue that made the house uninhabitable until later in the week. We had a big group and a full schedule, and their offer to put us in a different house that we'd have to move from midweek was a total nonstarter for us. After a lot of back and forth, we were able to move in a day later than our reservation, but as a result had zero time to prep the space for our retreat. As for the space itself, it was large and comfortable enough, and there was plenty of hot water. There was ample seating, though some furniture was broken or old, and multiple lights didn't work. Things in the kitchen were haphazardly put away (including two drawers full of loose, sharp knives!), and some items noted in the property description weren't in the house. There also wasn't anything to clean the counters with, despite cleaning the counters being a requirement for move out. And then the internet went out midway through the week and no one followed up with us about it, so my coworker had to climb up into a crawl space and reset the router. Overall, we made it work, but the stress and missing day made for a harrowing experience and no offer for a partial refund was ever made.

Great Spring Break!!!
This is a very NICE property! We did experience some issues during our stay, but the property manager, Dani, was on top of things and get them resolved quickly! The location is great as it is near everything needed (grocery store, ski resort, pizza!!!). We even had a moose walk outside one of the bedroom windows one morning! We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Much needed long weekend
Coming from NC we were looking for a great spacious cabin for our group of 19, and we found it here. We had plenty of room and space, but also great for coming together to eat and socialize. Located walking distance to town center. We did a day trip to Grand Lake and the Hot Sulphur Springs! Wonderful location and beautiful property.

Great house and location
This is a great house in a great location. All the beds have different levels of firmness to softness..so you can pretend you're Goldilocks and pick the best one for you! Keep in mind the house is a mountain home with many stairs for access to get into the house and for all the levels in the house, so if you are not an able bodied person this will be a challenge. Also the water pressure when taking a bath or shower throughout the house varies from a slow stream to a fire hose as my family called it..ha ha The hot tub was awesome,the kitchen fully stocked with any kitchen appliance you could ever need! This house didn't have AC, so it was warm during the day but pleasant outside and at night with the windows open it was cool and comfortable! They also provided standing fans that helped move the air. We would stay here again most definitely! Our family had a wonderful trip!

Listing needs updated with actual UTD pictures of how close neighbors actually are.
When I first checked out photos, this place looked like it didn’t have neighbors anywhere close except across the street. When we got there I realized this is basically a close proximity neighborhood and the listed photos of the house were prior to the neighbors house being built 50ft away. The pictures show a possible foundation, but even then it’s hard to tell what it is. It’s a full on house now. I read the reviews before renting this house and one had mentioned that the oven was broken but they replied that it had been fixed. I’m not saying it was never fixed, but the oven did not work when we were there. Which I attempted to cook a nice wedding dinner and got to figure it out the hard way that our chicken was never really cooking. Basically it’s heats up and then shuts off. Last but definitely not least. The biggest inconvenience and honestly kinda worry some(virus) and gross. There are trash cans in the garage, like 7 of them and, every single one was full to the brim with rotting trash. It made the whole basement area smell so bad. I was told numerous times that someone would come by and, we pulled out the trash cans to the top of the driveway....... No one showed up so I called to let the property manager know. She was obviously frustrated as well but we were responsible for bringing them all back in because the bears at night. Then, I had to do the same thing the next day. Although, we just dealt with it and, I was patient with the situation at the time, we did pay a lot of money to be here and have the house ready for our arrival. So, it should be mentioned. So, to sum it up..... for having to pay a hefty cleaning fee, dragging the 7 trash cans up and down the driveway 4 separate times (28 times total, I walked up and down the driveway with a trash can, on my vacation... obviously I’m kind of annoyed) , and having to deal with Smelling, cleaning up previous renters garbage that they also paid to have taken care of makes me a bit annoyed of the excessive fee. Then the broken oven, that’s still broken.. lastly the photos of the property that really are no longer up to date with the house SO close. Some of my guests complained of the towels smelling too. That’s it! Would I rent here again? Yes. If you can deal with the neighbor that close and just make sure the oven and trash are clear. I loved the house and will cherish the time I got with my grandparents here.

Perfect for a large group
Large, lively, easy to enjoy with a large group. Easy access through 4 car garage. Nice set up for skis, boots etc just inside from garage entrance. Property managers Amy and Lindsey were accessible and always helpful. The biggest note regards the hot tub. The current tub is truly inadequate for supporting a house this size. The tub was never as clean as it should be, even after Amy kindly emptied and refilled. A single filter tub has limited capacity to clean. Perhaps the filter needs replacing. Anyway, we enjoyed everything else. We understand that a part for the oven has been ordered. It did fail to operate properly. Thanks for sharing your property with us. Tom

beautiful and comfortable. think maybe small soaps and shampoo like in hotels would be appropriate. would like to see a later check out time and earlier check in time if possible and available. the 700 cleaning fee i believe is excessive. especially when you encourage guests to clean up the property. perhaps incentivize cleaning efforts by guests by offering a reduction of such a high cleaning fee. we were there for only two nights so the cleaning fee cost more than half of the nightly rate.
