We're not a huge property management firm - so to us, you're not just a number. Let us provide you with an amazing space and an amazing experience in Winter Park!
The space
Our 4 bed, 3 bath townhouse is easy to call home. All beds (2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed) include supremely comfortable memory foam mattresses and luxurious linens. We also have a pack-n-play with sheets, a table-clamp style high chair, an UPPAbaby Vista stroller, and other kid-friendly accessories. The fully stocked kitchen will make cooking all of your post skiing and post hiking meals a breeze. Enjoy your meals from our private rooftop with incredible views, and take a dip in the private hot tub when you're finished. All of this is right in the middle of downtown Winter Park - you'll never want to leave!
||| Bedrooms |||
A good night's sleep shouldn't be something you worry about or miss on vacation. Perfect for couples or families, you'll find four bedrooms - two with king beds, one with a queen bed, one with a twin bed. One king bedroom has an en suite bathroom making it a true master suite; the other king bedroom shares a bathroom with the twin bedroom. The twin bedroom also includes a sitting area for the kids who want to try their hands at Rock Band or other games on the Xbox 360. The queen bedroom on the main level has a bathroom to itself, although it is not en suite.
Bringing a kiddo too small for a bed? We got you! There's a pack and play in the non-master king bedroom closet. Every room has extra pillows, sheets, and blankets in the closets.The bedrooms sleep 7 comfortably, and with the pack-n-play, we sleep 8.
||| Bathrooms |||
There are 3 bathrooms. All bathrooms will have hand soap, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Towels and washcloths are also provided. Removing makeup? Please use the towels marked for that :)
||| Kitchen |||
Don't worry about dragging your own kitchen with you on vacation - this one is fully equipped. Cook your five star dinners on the gas range, and bake your grandma's famous muffins in the morning! There are multiple ways to stay caffeinated: a french press, as well as a coffee maker are available for your use. Whole coffee beans are also provided, and there is an electric coffee grinder for the freshest of brews. The fridge does have an ice maker for those frozen margs in the summer. You'll find a blender to help with those, too. Slow-cooking a pot of chili for your apres ski dinner? There's a Crockpot for that. Need to store the leftovers? A nice stack of "Tupperware" is at your disposal. You'll also have aluminum foil, ziplocs, and some plastic wrap. Salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, and a variety of spices are also stocked. We tried to think of everything, so if we missed a necessity, feel free to let us know :)
||| Parking |||
There's an attached two car garage on the bottom floor. From November 1 through May 31, this is your only overnight parking option on site. In the summer, however, additional parking is available on Lions Gate Drive on a first come, first served basis. The garage door is 101.5" wide (wide enough for our 2020 Subaru Forester) and the height is roughly 93.5" tall (tall enough for the 2020 Subaru Forester with an Inno topper); you may want to check your vehicle's dimensions before booking with us if parking in the garage is a must for you (i.e., you book with us between November 1 and May 31 and will be bringing a car). There is ample storage space for bikes, and any other outdoor gear you bring with you.
||| Washer/Dryer |||
A washer and dryer are available for your use inside the townhome.
III Pets III
We do allow dogs. If you are bringing a dog (2 maximum per stay), please let us know prior to booking. There is a $150 nonrefundable pet fee if you bring your furry best friend.
Pet rules are pretty basic. If they have an accident, clean it up. Don't let your dog on our furniture. If you do need to leave your dog unattended, crate him. If you didn't bring a crate, we have one in the garage you're welcome to use. If you do leave your dog unattended and he disturbs the neighbors, we'll warn you one time; after that, you'll be asked to leave.
III Hot Tub III
Hot tub rules are posted inside the house as you exit to the rooftop, and just beside the hot tub. Please follow those rules, and these:
No pregnant women, children, and/or those with heart disease
Ask your doctor before getting in if you take medicines or have a medical condition
Do not get in tub if you have open sores or wounds or cuts, or diarrhea
Shower off particles, oils, cosmetics, hair gels, etc., before getting in
Shower off any chemicals after exiting the hot tub to protect our bed linens from damage
Check the temperature yourself. Do not get in the hot tub if it is over 104 degrees
No drugs or alcohol use before entering, or while inside, the hot tub
Do not eat food while in the hot tub
Do not bring glass in or near the hot tub
No pets, pee, or procreation allowed in the tub
For your safety, limit your soak to 15 minutes at a time
Stay hydrated before getting into the hot tub
Get out if you feel dizzy, overheated, nauseous, or unwell
Close the lid when you are finished
Do not sit, lay, or stand on the hot tub cover
Failure to follow these rules may result in the loss of your deposit and additional fines. Additionally, should your improper use of the hot tub result in us having to drain, refill, and re-sanitize the hot tub, you will be financially responsible for such process and any resulting damages, including loss of use for any subsequent guests.
