Welcome to this beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom loft condo, nestled in the brand new Hideaway Station building in downtown Winter Park, Colorado. Designed with high-end appliances and all the comforts of home, this condo is ideal for your next Winter Park getaway.

Located right in the center of downtown, you can easily park your car and walk to local bars, restaurants, and concert venues. Alternatively, take advantage of the FREE public transportation system, "The Lift," for easy access to Winter Park Resort. The condo features a smart lock for seamless, keyless entry.

After a day on the slopes or exploring Rocky Mountain National Park, relax in the cozy living area with comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a 55” smart TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, quartz countertops, and all the necessary kitchenware. The island seats three, while the dining area can accommodate six more guests.The first level also includes a half bath and a wrap-around balcony perfect for enjoying mountain views.

The master suite boasts a comfortable queen-sized bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and stunning views of Winter Park Resort. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a custom-built twin-over-twin bunk bed in the hallway. This level also features a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a laundry area with a full-sized stacked washer and dryer.

A short walk will take you to The Foundry Cinema & Bowl, Fireside Market, Winter Park Liquor Store, and various bars and restaurants .Additional parking is available in the covered garage at the grocery market across the street.

The communal hot tub is located in Building E, along with a community spa area that includes bathrooms, showers, and a dog wash station.
Being in a downtown area, some noise from the bustling surroundings may be heard. At 9,000' elevation, the building does not have air conditioning, but ceiling fans and open windows provide ample airflow. Expect some pedestrian noise during the summer months with open windows. This two-level condo is located on the second floor, requiring stairs to access.

Just perfect!
The property was exactly what we expected. It was super clean and has everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Location was perfect. We are beginners skiers and practicing at Grandby ski area (20mins away) was very convenient. Thank you very much for a perfect accommodation!

Wonderful luxury condo in heart of Winter Park
We absolutely loved living in this property for 16 days. Here is what we loved about it: fully stocked with everything you could need, incredibly comfortable beds, bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, new/quality/comfortable furniture throughout, gorgeous views, (quick) walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants/shops, terrific wifi and cell phone reception, and it's a 5-minute drive from the drop-off point at Winter Park. There are some comments about noise in other reviews. Yes, you will hear the snow plows in the morning, but if you stay anywhere in Winter Park where the streets are plowed (everywhere!), this will be the case. We were grateful to be staying at a property where *we* didn't have to shovel. Thank you for helping to make our winter/holiday getaway a wonderful experience!

Beautiful, clean and noisy
We were thrilled with the layout and cleanliness. It is a beautiful property , centrally located and right next door to the grocery store AND liquor store! However, along with all the windows comes quite a bit of traffic noise. We bought a fan and it helped tremendously with the noise. I would recommend cool mist humidifiers for each bedroom . That would also help w the dry air!! Other than that... everything else you could think of was provided.

Lovely place, well equipped but no info in the listing about how busy and noisy the highway is and mo mention of the two very long staircases in the building.
