Adorable studio on the amenity deck of Founders Pointe offers easy access to

the patio hot tub and stunning views of the mountain. This studio has a queen

size bed with a sofa sleeper that pulls out next to it. The galley kitchen is

perfect for stopping in for lunch and to enjoy a drink in front of the gas

burning fireplace. The homeowner has added many personal touches for guests to

enjoy and you will feel like you are home away from home. Parking note:

*Summer Free (one car per condo)

*Winter $24/night (one car per condo)

Reservations will be made online. A code and booking directions will be sent

via text on day of arrival. You are allowed to pay in advance, rather than day

of arrival. Please let us know if that's what you'd like to do. Parking is

located at 580 Winter Park Drive, Winter Park, CO 80482. There is no assigned

parking.
