A few small items, there were many steep steps we didnt know about and someone from our group who is still healing from hip surgey and it present a challenge. Also we had to follow up for details about check in twice. Once in the property no problems with replies. It was very warm on the top floor with only 1 fan. Having all the windows open sure helped. Love that there was a washer and dryer and plenty of towels. "
