We wanted somewhere both somewhat secluded and nearby other towns for day trips, and this house fit the bill perfectly! "This vrbo was a nice place to stay. The location was easy to get to and it was in a safe neighborhood. (We were 3 female friends traveling together.) "We had a wonderful stay at the Overlook. The view was fantastic, use of kayaks & fire pit was great & we totally relaxed with our pup. The only thing we could have used was info on where the transfer station was, how to get the bedroom TV to work (we figured it out, though) & a starter roll of paper towels. Aside from these minute issues, this is a wonderful cabin to escape to! I’d definitely stay here again! "

"Communication with Travis was great. He was accommodating which was very much appreciated. The home did have a musty animal odor to it, which may have been due to the basement, there was a dehumidifier which was full. In the left downstairs bedroom the mattress protector has blood on it. The sheets were clean, but the mattress protector was dirty. Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Other than the odor and the mattress protector issue, we would stay here again. Very safe area."

"The house was at a great location, near Belfast and not too far from Camden/Rockland. Good for kids. The house was very large and old-style classic. The porch was huge and great, old school. The property was very nice, access to rocky shore was good, but with a lot of steps. The plumbing was old but clean and the lighting was also old. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed to cook and more. The host was very good and responsive, we had no problems and had a nice stay"
