"Cottage was clean, conveniently located, well stocked and great outdoor space with a beautiful view. It has a evening low light ambience. If you want to read or need a lot of light to do something, it definitely needs more lights or different bulbs in the common spaces and Bedrooms only have end table lamps. Lots of hot water for showers and laundry."

"We spent a long weekend at the cutest cabin; it was super clean and had everything we needed and then some! Coffee, butter, pans, water, paper plates, games, plenty of chairs, wood for campfire, blanket throws, etc. we totally overpacked! The bedrooms were perfect and the bathroom was huge! The sunrises were amazing. You cannot go wrong with this gem. Thanks John and Rachel!"

"We enjoyed our time at Ricks camp;It was unusually hot towards the end of the week but there was a heat pump and the air conditioning part cooled it down nicely. "This was our first time in Aroostook County and we weren’t sure what to expect and now we can’t wait to come back! This house was truly amazing! It had everything that we needed to make our week magical. It was perfect for our dogs and the lake was perfect. The water was great and we loved exploring the different parts of the lake on our paddle board. Cross ride to the Canada boarder, easy to cross into NB and get back. Overall, perfect place for a family vacation."

"We really enjoyed our stay! This property was great for us. We were a multi family group attending a biathlon event at the FKOC. The multiple rooms with their own bathrooms were amazing. There was also lots of room to socialize. The kitchen was also very well appointed making it easy to cook large dinners. I would highly recommend this property."

We were there in winter though and did not have running water, which was the only inconvenience related to cooking, so did not cook. Shower and toilets in separate building, took a minute to reacquaint oneself with treks outside to the restroom and shower."
