It is peaceful sitting on the balcony. We got to watch baby robins get fed by their mom in a nest above the porch light of our room, it was so sweet to watch! One thing I missed was the hammocks above the riverbank in which we stayed 2 years ago. The pool and hot tub was also missed, those were always a plus to making me book here in the past..Other than that I do love this place still.

Comfortable, clean, on the river, great service.
Very nice experience, steps from the river, great patios/balconies. I really appreciated the real coffee and real coffee pot in room, especially when local businesses can keep limited hours at times. Will be back when in the area, thanks! It's a longer walk to downtown Winthrop, but there is a trail after you walk down the road. Driving is only minutes. Comfortable, clean.

Penny and Mike were wonderful hosts! We absolutely loved the area, easy access to the beautiful Methow River. We stayed in cabin A which was perfect for 4 people. 2 adults and 2 kids. The mountains surrounding the valley were amazing. If you need a place to stay this is the place. 2 minutes from down town and all the shops.

We’ve stayed here before and we love the location (near the river, near the town of Winthrop). It’s also very nice that they accommodate dogs. The cabin lay out is nice and the bed is comfortable. Internet worked great. The amenities were lacking - no pool, or hot tub and no commensurate reduction in price. The furniture is tired and kitchen supplies are minimal. For the price I’m not sure we will stay here again.

We stayed in a family suite with a kitchenette and a separate bedroom including twin beds. Games were provided for our use. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The inn is situated right on the river with lovely views.
