Aufgrund des sintflutartigen Regens mussten wir auf eine Übernachtung verzichten, möchten aber gerne an diesen traumhaften Ort zurückkehren. Wir schätzten auch die sehr präzisen Informationen und die Kommunikation des Gastgebers"

"The property is stunning but the service and overall staff professionalism is very lacking. When we checked in the front desk attendant did not open the door or help with luggage as he saw us struggling to get through the door and there was no offer to help. He simply asked us to fill out a form and gave us 1 key. No welcome, no explanation of the 600-acre property or what was on site. No hours given for the restaurant or spa so we had to come back and get all of that information. Very odd...

"It was a beautiful hotel until they had no air conditioning and the bed was so old and bad to sleep we sweat all night and the front desk didn’t care at all I would never recommend this hotel we stay one day book 3 day they refuse to give us our money back when I told them the room is to hit yo sleep and no dark curtain the light wake you up "
