"The house is located across the road from a beach. Beach ones for 5K there is also a path across the road which is part of the park run and is easy access to ocean pool. The main town is a 40 minute drive. But the local town is a 45 minute walk or three minute drive. The local town does not cater for shopping groceries or anything like that. We struggled to find even a restaurant that was opened but does have a delightful cafe but obviously only opened for lunch and breakfast so it’s advisable...
