Bright detached house-large terrace/pellet stove-walking distance from the beach
This cosy detached house, recently refurbished and located at the back of a sand dune will charm you during the sunny days with its large wooden terrace, ideal orientation from early morning and small vegetable garden as well as in autumn and winter, with its pellet stove and bright rooms
It is located in a cul de sac that benefits from quiet surroundings.
This is an ideal house for children with a the small garden and a yard that enables them to practice scooter, skate board or bicycle
A few beach games, toys and books will be available.
There are 3 bedrooms, with good bedding
Bedroom 1: ground floor with dressing, double bed 140/200cm
Bedroom 2: 1st floor (loft conversion), double bed 140/200cm
Bedroom 3: 1st floor (loft conversion, 2 children’ beds 80/200cm
1 bathroom: bathtub, bathroom sink, heated shower rail
1 toilet
1 laundry room with washing machine
In the living room:
Open plan kitchen with oven, micro wave oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction stoves
Dining table sitting 6
Lounge area with couch, chair, around the pellet stove
Small stairs to the 1st floor landing

The beach is within a short walking distance from the house, through the charming Rue au Grain or Rue du Courgain, by the side of the sand dune.
Supermarket and market are also accessible walking, you won't need the car in Wissant!
There are multiple opportunities for cycling, hiking and horse riding inland
Wissant is a small coastal village of 1,000 inhabitants, located in the Protected Natural Area “les Deux Caps”, where the sea and the countryside are both exceptional. It is a peaceful village, dedicated to sports and an incredible place for a family holiday.
Arrival time would generally be on Saturday at 2pm, with a departure time before 10am if other holidaymakers are renting the house before or after you. Should this not be the case, we can be flexible.
Baby equipment on request.
Non smoking house.
60 euros for clean up will be paid at your departure from the house.
I remain at your disposal should you have any question.
