"Great choice in the area to explore both sides of the border. It is much cheaper to stay in Germany than Switzerland. A little hospitality and kindness goes a long way
"When we arrived to check in, 5 minutes early...we were greeted by three employees at the front desk. The woman who appeared to be in charge told us "we need a moment, please go sit on the red sofa." There was no "hello" no "we will be with you in just a moment" but rather...we are too busy to help ..."
