Property is located off a dirt road. 4X4 NOT required. LAKE ACCESS 1 mile. Come enjoy our river, lake and starry skies!


Our 2 bedroom 1 Bath Cabin comfortably sleeps 4 people. We can welcome 5 guests. The open concept of the cabin really allows for better utility of the space. You will find a desk area for those of you looking for a work-cation, a dedicated space to hang your coats, bags, and remove your shoes, a well appointed newly renovated kitchen, comfortable living space with reclining leather sofa, smart TV's throughout the cabin, a beautifully renovated shower room with rainfall shower head, cotton towels, and comfortable beds with individual mini splits for your personal comfort.

**DETAILS OF FURNISHING AND THE SPACE**

The Kitchen - Our kitchen design was centered around gathering and maximizing space. We know pantry space is almost unheard of in cabins so we dedicated a nicely large pantry area to accommodate a generous grocery run. Kitchen Quartz countertop is oversized to accommodate a creative space for cooking, preparing, displaying meals, and dining (seating 3 at the bar area). Kitchen sink is also oversized, all cooks will appreciate.
Appliances include: Stainless Steel Refrigerator, Black Stainless Steel Electric Stove with hidden Vent hood and lighting, and a full sized dish washer. Microwave, Toaster, Keurig, Hot/Cold Filtered Water Dispenser, and small ice maker available for your convenience.

**The Outdoor Space**
Our backyard Patio is a true outdoor oasis as it overlooks majestic panoramic views. We have provided for your entertainment a propane fire pit, 4 Adirondack Chairs, Patio Table for 6, Large umbrella, Table Umbrella, Cooler, and Propane BBQ.

EV CHARGER AVAILABLE - $30 per stay to help offset costs associated with installation of charger and increase in utilities. Off-peak hours preferred.
