"Amazing stay. We were picked up by the free shuttle service and received welcome drinks. The views are stunning! The room was immaculate. The pool & rooftop bar was amazing. Prices of food & drink are a bit expensive but the massaman curry was gorgeous. We paid £11 for breakfast for 2 and it was a 3 course meal! "The pool was just disgusting, you couldn't see the bottom from above. Nobody was swimming while I was there (5 days). Talked to one staff guy but nothing happened. Room had a strange smell, too. Changed the room once, was good in the other one. The beach in front of the resort is not good but other good beache are close. The personell on the other side is very friendly and helpful."

"Unfortunately after being a return customer over the last 10 years, as a animal lover I will NOT be returning to Golden Hill due to terrible and inhumane living conditions for a very lovely and friendly dog that is locked in a cage with nothing more than its own feces. It is locked up 24/7 and it’s clearly in desperate need of the simple things all animals deserve.
