"The property was spectacular, far nicer than even the pictures show. Having 5 full bathrooms for 10 beds is wonderful! And all guests said they were the most comfy beds ever! The open concept space brought all 7 of us together. The home could easily hold 10 people. We met the home’s super personable owner and invited her to our son’s wedding. We had a perfect wedding week! Thank you, Robyn! "

"This place was awesome and had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay: cooking space and utensils, access to the lake, space for the kids, plenty of towels, Internet and tv, a kayak, a dock onto the lake, a porch swing… The fire pit and the sunset lake views made it extra magical. The only downside was the lack of ventilation/cooled air to the second story where most of the beds were. A big thank you to Jimmy for hosting us here and we are looking forward to our next planned stay...

"We had a great time at this little rental. We were greeted with goodies and drinks and the house was very well stocked with all our needs. We would absolutely recommend this place. When my daughter and I left my granddaughter said “can we please come back here again”. She is 5."

"My three sons, their wives and children. And I stayed here for a week. Plenty of room. Lots of extra roll away beds and bed linens. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, glasses and dishes. The house was bigger than it looked from the outside. 'Nice little walk to the beach and not even the 3 year old complained. The host was very responsive when I had questions/concerns. Great place for a larger group."

"This is a beautiful home with an incredible view of Crooked Lake. Local activities for us in Petoskey, Harbor Springs and Boyne included yoga, golf, spa day and farmers market. Lake activities included kayaking and paddle boarding. The kitchen was fantastic for creating some delicious meals and the decks allowed for some peaceful discussions while lake gazing. Accommodations are definitely five star "

"We love this place. Great location on the lake. It is very peaceful. You are steps away from water. The house is clean, organized and comfortable. Communication with the Owner, Dorene is excellent. We swam & kayaked every day. We went to Mackinac Island one day and we were back to the house by early afternoon and in the lake. The hot tub on the deck overlooking the lake is a bonus. We will be back next summer."

"I have been coming to this cabin since I was 9. It was wonderful to come back to a place with so many fond memories. Having central air and a furnace is a lovely upgrade.However being a little passed 9 years now😉I found the many rugs and the shower curtain a bit of challenge. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we hope to gift a stay in the cabin (that their great,great,great grandfather built) to our adult grandchildren at some point in the future"
