"Although it was a B&B you still had the option of a ensuite room with a private entrance. However, there was another door in the suite that takes you out to a large beautiful kitchen and dining area which you can share with other guests. There was plenty of provisions for a cooked breakfast and three very large fridges for guest use. The outside area is lovely, a great spot for morning coffee or afternoon drinks. "We have stayed at many places on the river and this property is a new favourite. Lots of thoughtful touches, beautiful location and a lovely place. Great for a large group or two families. We will be back. The owners are also great communicators and were very understanding when we had to shuffle dates. Thank you!"

"The communication with the property owner was fantastic....This is truely a hidden gem.....Nature, quietness, calmness galore!! A great place to relax and enjoy. The fire pit is sensational. The inside decor is a bit dated but still very comfy and a great hot shower!! Loved our second stay - We will be back!"

"The bed was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was fine. But the dust was thick on many surfaces - the top of the fridge, microwave, skirting boards, power points, venetian blinds, and doorway. Also the TV had no signal much of the time so I was appreciative of a pack of cards and 50 year old National Geographic magazines to pass the time."
