"Staff and environment was just top tier. From checking in, and dining in the restaurant, we had no issues during our stay. The rooms are cozy and clean and comfortable. Although the hot tub was closed off, we still enjoyed our stay. The Ohia room was beautiful. Dining dinner options was excellent and great quality food and lots to explore around volcano area! "This was a very lovely stay, very clean and close to Volcano National Park. The beds were very comfortable and there is a hot tub under the trees that we made use of! Sarah made us a nice breakfast and had some good advice, and we were able to get reservations for a ranger guided tour that took us past the "do not cross" barrier in the Kileaua caldera! The second night there was a family with a baby that woke us up early, but that could happen anywhere. Would definitely recommend!"
