"I booked a week before I needed the place. I was unable to get any form of response from this host, and the phone number was disconnected. Beware of that when dealing with this host, as something might happen when they’re just dropping off the face of earth. This situation canceled the day I was supposed to check in, and cost me $150 extra as I took my money to a competitor."

"In town for my aunt‘s 80th birthday celebration andThis place definitely is what the description says. the shower system is definitely the selling point for the property five of us stayed and we talked about the shower the whole time. it is not near restaurants but if you have a car and you’re driving, it’s definitely worth the stay. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and we had no problems at all with the property."

"I come to Frederick a lot and so have stayed at many of the VRBO properties. This property is the best property I have seen in Frederick in terms of comfort and aesthetic appeal. Everything was super nice and classy from the linens to the dishware. It is in an excellent location within a short walk to Market street and the canal. "We had a multi-generational family vacation at this property. The grandkids loved the pool. We had several questions and the owner was prompt to respond and address an issue or two (nothing major). We enjoyed our time at the house. It was a very quiet neighborhood, yet close to several restaurants, etc. We traveled into DC most days - and with traffic and construction - it was about 35-40 minutes to get to where we wanted to go. We enjoyed our vacation very much!"

"This is my favorite local hotel. I've stayed here 4 times in the past year. The rooms are spacious and the furniture is comfortable. I tend to enjoy the bar downstairs for a nightcap. And the breakfast is good. Parking is the only downside, as I find it to be busy at times or it's being blocked due to an emergency (happened every time I stayed here). But overall the hotel itself and the staff are great. Prime location as well for all the restaurants in the area."
