"Incredibly relaxing stay! Bed was very comfortable (great for my bad back) fireplace in the Lounge Room with lovely outdoor bath was fantastic. I simply loved having a sauna inside the bathroom. When we arrived, we saw our little welcome pack with breakfast provisions for the first day and feed so we could feed the cows, goats and alpacas on the property. "

"A lovely place to stay ( Oct. 2024). We had a nice room (cottage #1) which had a basic kitchenette. Large room and bathroom, separate bedroom. Very friendly owners. The property is in an excellent location, centrally located on the main road. Many restaurants and bars a short walk away. Laundry facilities on site. Secure parking. Highly recommended."

"Very nice place to stay. The boat was very well equipped with everything we needed. All of us caught lots of carp that we had to kill first of course, then fed to a pelican which was fun. Fed the pair of black swans that came round each evening with cornflakes as internet said that was OK. to feed them that. Very quiet moored spot on the river. Highly recommend this boat for a holiday that is so relaxing. Host is lovely and supplies all the information you need for this wonderful getaway."

"Gums and Roses was such a gem to find in the Adelaide Hills! We loved the tiny house; small but has everything you could need, and in the perfect location. Perfect for watching the horses and kangaroos and close to the pubs if you're after a meal at night. Our host was so nice and let us come and meet her horses which was great. We would definitely book here again!"

"Easy to enjoy. Staying in a renovated 160 year old building was great. The modern comforts of heating and cooling ensured a great stay. Help was close at hand but not in the way. We started off in a lovely room, but had very noisy upstairs neighbors so asked to be moved to a room without an upstairs, The lovely lady at reception could not have been more accommodating for us ad moved us to a studio room. All I can say is AMAZING service and AMAZING room. It was so quiet, right in the middle of Hahndorf. Walking distance to everything. Beautiful l garden to look out at. Thanks for an amazing stay and all your help to make our stay...
