"We required an accessible room and the room and bathroom were excellent. Plenty of room in the bathroom and the shower drainage design allowed the floor to stay dry outside the curtain. The location was perfect for all sightseeing and the room was immaculately clean and well equipped for our stay. The staff were friendly and the cleaner was very helpful. We loved staying here. "

"The team at Mineral Springs Hotel made or wedding anniversary wonderful. The room & facilities were nice, especially considering the original character of the building was maintained, however the treatment we received was magnificent. We were welcomed and cared for as if we were royalty, and the food was exceptional. We had a lovely dinner in the Argus Restaurant in which the Chef prepared a very tasty & generous meal, but it was the timely attention received by the staff that made the meal perfect."

"I booked the most basic room and was upgraded which was a lovely surprise. I was nervous after reading some bad reviews however I had a wonderful stay. The room could have been slightly cleaner but it was not terrible, or even bad for that matter. The room was huge, comfortable, warm, nicely decorated. The bath was heaven. And the staff were super lovely. Will definitely be back. "
