"Great hotel however there are no dining facilities within walking distance other than what the hotel offers. We were a little disappointed that they charge $10 a night for undercover parking, we understand it’s only $10 however the price of the room for two nights they could have easily included free undercover parking. "

The kids loved the play area, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the lake and McGennan’s Beach. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we’d definitely return!"

"The rooms are neat and tidy however very far from CBD. The rooms require touch up as walls have lost a bit of sheen. Facility wise it’s good considering it’s a motel and not a hotel. "

"First thing to keep in mind is that this is a historic hotel. That means shared bathroom and shower stalls. So long as you're OK with that, this is actually a nice spot. Included split system AirCon and TV, both hard to find at a historic location. Onsite food was good and reasonable. Well worth the price paid."
