"The staff and management at this property were amazing for our family of 4. We were stuck in Batemans Bay due to our car breaking down and the team at Araluen helped us with accomodation, transportation logistics and above general holiday accomodation services whilst we were in a crisis situation. We would have been happy with any accomodation, but the rooms were spacious, linen was fresh and free from storage odour, the bathroom was spot free and there was ample seating between the two rooms of the apartment. Exceptional service and staff highly recommend this holiday accomodation at incredibly affordable pricing! "

"Our stay at Batemans Bay Lodge was all we could ask for. We are a family of 6 and had two rooms and all we wanted was clean rooms and comfy beds. Somewhere to rest our heads while we travelled down the South coast and that is what we got. Very impressed. Town was only a short walk away and the water was at your door step. Would highly recommend. "
