"This is a conveniently located, well priced option for those using Birmingham Airport. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The room is clean. There is a new restaurant / bar open on site- which is very helpful because there are no other options close by. The hotel itself shows age and wear and is isolated by itself at the edge of the airport and industrial area. You can park and leave your car there for half the cost of economy parking at the airport. The hotel provides a shuttle. "

"It was good. My key kept not working. They didn’t tell me to keep it away from my phone. The plastic wear at breakfast is of poor quality. I couldn’t even cut my food. The forks bend and are useless. Get a new supplier. I am an older person and do free weights but there are never smaller weights like 2,3 or 5 pound weights, only much higher ones. Lesser weights would be appreciated. All else was great and we will be back."
