"This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the Thistle and by far the best. We stayed in room 672 which is a suite and was huge, with 2 separate rooms and decent bathrooms. We ate in the bar but didn't go for the breakfast. And of course, the viewing area for the airport was fully open allowing us to spot planes, which is why we visited the hotel"

"This has got to be the cleanest, most well maintained, most friendly hotel I have ever been too. There's not a spot of dirt or dust anywhere. No cracked or broken tiles or stained grout. And everyone, without exception, has a genuine smile for you. The spa was great. The food in the restaurant well presented, tasty and reasonably priced. Just one niggle. I avoid places that add their own service charge, which this restaurant does. I hadn't seen it mentioned anywhere prior. It leaves you feeling like you've been mugged. I only marked the hotel average for eco because I have no idea what their policy is. Our stay was brief."
