"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was open from morning to evening for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a snack or a drink from the bar. There is easy, free parking behind the restaurant and hotel building, and a mall close by. My room was cleaned every day. It was in the back of the building and very quiet. I had a very pleasant stay."

"Right next to the cruise terminal which is very convenient. The view of the city and water is stunning from the front of the hotel. Staff were very welcoming and kind, and called us to follow up once we got to our room to check if we needed anything. The room was remarkable. "The apartment is very close to the Rotterdam Central Station. There are different apartments at the same place. The apartment 11 is on the ground floor, so it is very easy to reach. It is quite spacious, with toilet, bathroom, kitchen with complete amenities. Washing machine and a small fridge are also available. Just the location in the google map is not very accurate. From the central station, it is further down the road. Overall, very satisfied. "
